POLICY ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA “CONTACTS” SECTION OF THE WEBSITE as per EU Reg 2016/679 and It. Leg. Decree No. 196/03

Data will be processed digitally and by electronic means for the period necessary for the execution of the above-mentioned purpose(s) and on conclusion of them, and will subsequently be deleted.

The provision of data marked with an asterisk is mandatory for the execution of the contractual relationship and legal purposes. Failure to provide data will make it impossible to pursue the above-mentioned purposes.
8. Rights of the data subject, Withdrawal of Consent and Complaint to the Data Protection Authority
Data subjects have the right, at any time, to request: access to their personal data, rectification, deletion, and restriction of the same; they also have the right to object to the processing, to revoke the consent given, and to exercise the right to data portability, where applicable, by contacting the Data Controller as indicated below.
In the event of alleged violation, the data subject, in the presence of the necessary conditions, also has the right to lodge a complaint with a Data Protection Authority situated in the EU Member State where they normally reside or in the EU State in which they work or in which the violation took place.
