DISCLOSURE ON PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING FOR CANDIDATES EU Reg. 2016/679
In relation to the processing of personal data provided please be informed that:
1. Data Controller
The Data Controller is the company Airplast S.r.l., with registered office at Via Piave 8 - 36066 Sandrigo (VI), Italy, Tel. No. 0444.461000, e-mail: privacy@airplast.it, certified e-mail: certificata@pec.airplast.it (hereinafter for the sake of brevity “the Company”).
2. Type of data processed, Processing purpose and legal basis
The following personal data relating to candidates is collected and processed: personal data of a common nature (first name, last name, contact details, telephone, e-mail, role, CV); any special categories of data (health status, protected categories) as well as judicial data for the following purposes: evaluating a possible placement of the candidate in the Company or in Group companies.
The legal basis for data processing is therefore: fulfilment of the request of the data subject - contractual obligations -consent.
3. Communication of data to third parties - Data recipients
The Company may disclose the data processed for the above purposes to: internal parties carrying out recruitment activities, recruitment companies, third party companies or professionals acting as External Data Supervisors processing data on behalf of the Company for outsourced activities related to CV or recruitment management; other Group companies.
4. Transfer of personal data to third countries
No processed data is transferred by the Data Controller to third countries. However, in the event of transfer of data to third countries, the same will take place in compliance with the legislation in force from time to time regarding the transfer of data to third countries.
5. Processing methods, data retention period and criteria
The data will be processed in hard copy and digital form. Except in the event of your inclusion in the company's workforce, the data will be processed/retained by the Controller for a period of 24 months after release, after which it will be automatically deleted. In the event of inclusion in the company's workforce, an additional data processing disclosure will be issued.
6. Provision of data
The provision of data is mandatory for the assessment of the candidate. Failure to provide mandatory data will make it impossible to assess the candidature and pursue the above-mentioned purposes.
7. Rights of the data subject, Withdrawal of Consent and Complaint to the Data Protection Authority
Data subjects have the right, at any time, to request: access to their personal data, rectification, deletion, and restriction of the same, the right to object to the processing, to revoke the consent given, and to exercise the right to data portability, where applicable, by contacting the Data Controller as indicated below.
In the event of alleged violation, the data subject, in the presence of the necessary conditions, also has the right to lodge a complaint with a Data Protection Authority situated in the EU Member State where they normally reside or in the EU State in which they work or in which the violation took place.
8. Profiling and automated decision-making processes
Processing is not carried out through automated decision-making processes (e.g. profiling).
