Type of data processed, Purpose of the Treatment and Legal Basis
The following personal data are collected and processed: personal data of a common nature (name, surname and email, telephone) referring to users who intend to subscribe to the newsletter to send communications for marketing and commercial purposes.
Legal basis of the processing: fulfillment of the interested party's request to receive the service/consent of the interested party.
Communication of data to third parties - Data recipients
The Company may communicate the data processed for the purposes mentioned above: to the internal staff in charge of managing newsletters and commercial and promotional communications; external parties providing the newsletter service.
Transfer of data to third countries
The data processed are not transferred by the Data Controller to third countries. However, in the event of a possible transfer of data to Third Countries, the transfer will take place in compliance with the regulations in force from time to time regarding the transfer of data to Third Countries.
Processing methods, period and data retention criteria
The data will be processed in digital format until any revocation or cancellation of the interested party and in any case for a maximum period of 5 years.
Rights of the interested party, Revocation of Consent and Complaint to the Supervisory Authority
The interested party has the right at any time to request access to their personal data, the correction, cancellation, limitation of the same, to oppose the processing and to exercise the right to data portability, where the legal requirements are met.
In any case, the interested party has the right to revoke any consent given to the processing of data at any time, without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given before the revocation.
In the event of an alleged violation, if the legal requirements are met, the interested party also has the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority over data processing, located in particular in the member state where he usually resides or in the member state where he works or where the alleged violation occurred.
Provision of data
The provision of data is optional. Failure to provide data makes it impossible to pursue the above-mentioned purposes.
Profiling and automated decision-making processes
The processing is not carried out through automated decision-making processes.
