PLENUM PER UNITA' CANALIZZABILI

Delivery plenum for ductable units (indoor air conditioning units or fan coils) Airmix _{REGOLO (basic) 2.0} seriesand Airmix _{REGOLO PLUS 2.0} series.

They are composed of PVC-U plenums with the peculiarity of having a flow separator chamber, with:

• an oval PP collar on a “side” (with a selectable diameter Ø125 or Ø150/160) for the air coming from the HRV system
• motorized shutters for the supply air of the unit (Air conditioning). 

The air coming from the HRV unit mixes with the air conditioning immediately downstream of the plenum (inside the flexible pipes).

The control unit for opening/closing motorized shutters can be a REGOLO 2.0 _(BASIC) or a REGOLO PLUS 2.0 (see the descriptions for the REGOLO Plenum and the REGOLO PLUS Plenum for the difference).

If the unit does not have the consent to turn on/off, a REGOLO AIRMIX plenum is created equipped with a “by-pass” (the by-pass is an “outlet” if all or almost all the motorized shutters are closed due to not being requested by the thermostats/programmable thermostats).

The thermoregulation can be managed by FITT Agix room programmable thermostats (available: flush-mounted model or visible wireless model), or by commercial ON/OFF room thermostats/programmable thermostats. 

The plenums are made of thick PVC. 4 mm anti-condensation and external insulation in thick expanded PE. 3 mm They are also supplied with a tailor-made flange for connection to the most common units on the market; this flange is in PVC, in a single block with the plenum and is insulated with thick soft expanded elastomer. 10 mm

The advantage of the PVC version, given the construction material, is to ensure that a clean, extremely robust plenum is maintained over time and guarantees the health of the environment.

The MOTORIZED shutters are made of PP, are fixed with screws to the plenum and have PP butterfly flaps cut to leave a circular segment on the upper part for the air outlet of the VMC. The Ø160 shutters are round, the Ø200 and Ø250 shutters are semi-oval.

The plenum can be fixed to the ceiling with L-shaped adhesive brackets (included), while for tightening with the unit, the use of one or two straps (excluded; on request) is highly recommended.
